Summary: Pleasant lady at front desk upon arrival. Quick checking. Wasn’t able to connect to hotel Wi-Fi. Shower door wouldn’t stay shut unless I put a face cloth in the floor railing to keep it from running open. Noisy air conditioning would blow over our heads and faces above bed. HUGE lineup for breakfast ran into lobby hall. Very poor design to go get breakfast items. ‘Traffic jam’ and really not efficient. Very chaotic. However, staff did their very best to replenish food items as quickly as possible when they ran out of them. Ran out of scrambled eggs which were replaced by what appeared to be ‘fried’ eggs.
